4. VPN Usage Disclosure

The app uses Android VpnService API because:

It is required to access outbound network traffic

It enables local packet capture without root access

The VPN is not used for anonymity, tunneling, or internet routing.
Traffic is not sent to any remote server.

Data is processed in memory only

No cloud servers are used

No logs are uploaded

No data leaves the device
